An addiction is forming here. Coffee table books. There are just so many good choices out there! To make matters worse my favorite flower photographer, Georgianna Lane, just announced the release of a new book on Lilacs she did the photography for. The minute I read her post I headed to Amazon to buy it. Her flower photography is my weakness and an inspiration. In fact, while I was at it her book on Hydrangeas went into my cart as well. These delightful books are a collaborative effort with well-known gardening authority, Naomi Slade. So of course, my books for May 2022 are these selections Hydrangeas and Lilacs.

Flowers keep me centered in these crazy times. And I am grateful every day that God created so many beautiful flowers for us to enjoy. Gardening is therapy for the soul, so if you haven’t tried it then I strongly recommend you do! So of course, flower books are important as well which is why I enjoy these lovely selections so much. Both books showcase the many gorgeous varieties of Hydrangeas and Lilacs. Any serious gardener will find these an asset for learning about the many, many different kinds of lilacs or hydrangeas, and there are many.
