Melt the butter.
Combine graham cracker crumbs and sugar in large bowl.
Stir melted butter into graham cracker crumbs.
Press mixture very firmly into a 13 x 9 inch pan that has been lined with foil and greased.
Evenly pour 1 can of sweetened condensed milk on top of prepared crust.
Evenly spread the coconut on top of the milk layer.
Sprinkle chocolate chips and butterscotch chips on top of this.
Pour remaining can of sweetened condensed milk over the chips.
Press down firmly on magic bars.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until the top is browning around the edges.
Wait till completely cooled to cut. I like to let them sit overnight.
*I usually get 40 bars from this, but it will depend on the size you cut. I cut 5 rows by 8 rows in my pan, for a total of 40.
