Ingredients

Holiday Peach Cranberry Cocktail (makes 1 cocktail)

  • 1 oz white peach cranberry juice *I used Ocean Spray brand
  • 1 oz smooth gin
  • 2 oz peach champagne *I used Barefoot brand
  • 1 tsp. cranberry simple syrup *recipe below

Cranberry Simple Syrup

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water (or substitute cranberry juice for a little extra cranberry!)

Instructions

Holiday Peach Cranberry Cocktail

  • Combine juice, gin, and simple syrup, and mix well.
  • Add the champagne and garnish.
  • Serve.

Cranberry Simple Syrup

  • Combine cranberries, sugar, and water in a small saucepan.
  • Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
  • Simmer for a few minutes.
  • Strain cranberries and pour syrup into a jar.
  • Use as desired in cocktails.
  • Store in fridge.
