Honeysuckle Syrup
The cottage garden favorite is also an edible!
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup clean honeysuckle blossoms
Combine all ingredients in a small pot.
Using medium-low heat, warm mixture just until sugar dissolves. Don't boil or stew.
Remove syrup from heat and strain blossoms.
Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator.
Flavor is best if used within a few days.
