- Raw honey
- Clean, dry lilac blossoms removed from panicle
Instructions
- Using a small glass jar, fill with lilac blossoms.
- Cover the lilac blossoms with raw honey and stir a bit to combine.
- Let the mixture sit and infuse for a few days.
- Strain the blossoms and use the honey as desired.
