Pumpkin Spice Latte
Save your shekels and make this Autumn pumpkin spice latte at home! The pumpkin spice syrup uses real pumpkin and spices for full authentic flavor! Makes approximately 1.5 cups of syrup.
Pumpkin Spice Syrup
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup canned pumpkin (not pie filling)
- 1/4-1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Pumpkin Spice Latte
- 1-3 shots espresso
- 2/3 cup steamed milk
- 1-2 tbsps. pumpkin syrup
- homemade whipped cream
Pumpkin Spice Syrup
Combine sugar, water, and pumpkin in small saucepan and heat until sugar is dissolved and remove from heat.
Add pumpkin spice to suit taste.
Use 1-2 tbsps. in latte.
Store in fridge.
Pumpkin Spice Latte (1 latte)
In mug add steamed milk to your desired espresso shots.
Add 1-2 tbsps. of pumpkin spice syrup or desired amount.
Top with a big spoonful of homemade whipped cream.
If desired, drizzle top with pumpkin spice syrup.
