Holiday Crockpot Ham Recipe
Holiday Crockpot Ham Recipe is another wonderful recipe for those holidays moments when you need more oven space than you have. This juicy and flavorful ham is cooked in a crockpot and will make your life easier. Although, yes, the ham is technically already cooked, and many of us just warm it up in the oven. However, a ham can also be warmed/cooked in the crockpot, and I do love my crockpot because it makes meats so tender and good! This ham is a delicious staple at Easter and Christmas for our family. You will love how incredible easy it is! I also serve it with these Funeral Potatoes here.
Today’s recipe is the result of a few years of experimenting and this is my version of Holiday Crockpot Ham recipe. And this ham gets eaten- every last bit. In the years past we always had leftovers for a while, but not anymore. This is the Christmas and Easter ham go-to recipe. This ham is also as easy as 1 2 3!
Holiday Crockpot ham recipe
1 can of crushed pineapple with juice
A 10-12 lb ham
1 cup of packed brown sugar
1 cup of honey
Unwrap ham and place in a large crockpot (I use an oval 8 quart size). Sprinkle sugar on top of ham opening up the slices to allow sugar to drop between slices. Next pour honey all over top of ham. And last, pour the crushed pineapple with juices all over top of ham. Cook on low for 4.5-5 hours or until tender.
This ham is perfect with this side dish here:
