Easy Peppermint Candy Ice Cream recipe (no cooking)

This highly versatile recipe allows for countless variations including todays Peppermint Candy Ice Cream recipe. This pretty, homemade dessert will put you in the holiday spirit. It is also delicious with fudgy brownies and maybe throw in some hot fudge too!

Peppermint Candy Ice Cream recipe

2 cups heavy whipping cream

2 cups regular whipping cream

A tiny pinch of sea salt

1 can of sweetened condensed milk

1 tsps. of vanilla extract

3 tsps. of peppermint extract

A 6 oz. package of candy canes crushed

Combine all ingredients except the crushed candy cane and process in ice cream maker according to manufacturer’s direction. When ice cream is at soft serve stage stir in crushed candy cane and finish freezing.

Serve and enjoy!
