Blushing Chive Blossom Vinaigrette

A delicious, light vinaigrette using homemade chive vinegar!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chive vinegar *see link below on how to make
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsps. honey
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Instructions

  • Combine vinegar, honey, and salt in a blender or food processor.
  • Next, turn on the blender/food processor and keep it going while slowly drizzling oil in through the lid opening. Don't pour the oil all at once.
  • Keep slowly drizzling oil in until fully combined and thickened- this step is important for a successful emulsification of dressing that doesn't separate.
  • Ready to use.
  • Store in the refrigerator.
