Rosy Earl Gray Latte
A botanical spin on the tea latte for those who like some rose in their life!

espresso machine with milk steamer
*optional, but helpful
Ingredients
6
oz
hot steamed whole milk*
(about 2/3 cup)
2
Earl Grey tea bags
1
tbsp.
rosewater
simple syrup
Instructions
Pour your hot, steamed milk* into a mug, add your tea bag(s), and let it sit for a few minutes.
Add 1 tbsp. of rosewater and simple syrup to taste.
Enjoy!
Alternate Method using an Espresso Maker
Run two teaspoons of loose Earl Grey tea through your espresso maker in two shots, as you would with ground espresso coffee.
Make your steamed milk as normal.
Add the tea shots to the steamed milk along with rosewater and simple syrup.
Enjoy!
Notes
*Either steam your milk till hot and frothy using the steamer on an espresso maker, or heat it on the stove till hot, but not quite simmering.
