Coffee Table Books for Spring

I adore poring over coffee table books. And they most certainly do not collect dust in this house. Their beautiful pictures and words are a never-ending source of inspiration and beauty that I rely on to feed the muse. A great source of coffee table books is Victoria magazine. They put out beautiful book several times a year which tend to go in my cart immediately. Instagram has helped me to discover other great books. For example, the French Country Cottage blogger, Courtney Alison, has a couple of stunning books with her amazing photography showcasing her modern French country decor style. Both are in my library. I also stumbled onto the photographer Georgianna Lane whose gorgeous scenery photos and flower photos make up my loveliest dreams. In fact, it is one of her books that is one of my coffee table books for Spring, so keep reading.

Coffee Table Books for Spring

Amazon had an amazing sale price on this eye-catching book, “London in Bloom” by Georgianna Lane, so I scooped it right up. This book offers a gorgeous visual of London with its bountiful blooms in numerous locations around the city. Who doesn’t swoon over photos of thousands of dainty cherry blossoms, arbors of roses, and quaint, colorful flower shops? I picked up a hardcover of this book on sale for only $13.26 on Amazon! It was so exciting to open the box when it arrived and see the pink, flowery book complete with a vintage bike on the cover peeping out at me. So excited about this one! Page after page of stunning florals displays.

The other book I got says “cottage core” all over it and cottage core lovers will love this. This sweet book was only $12.97 for a hardcover, and it is truly a sweet one. Floriography is the language of flowers and what meanings they convey. This Victorian style book heralds back to the old days with its floral sketches and flower meanings. This is a fun book for vintage lovers who enjoy learning about past folklore.
