Quick Homemade Chili

Quick Homemade Chili. October 26, 2026.
It is time to pull out the hearty soup and stew recipes to warm our bellies and nourish our bodies. The heartier the soup, the better, which is why we love chili. Chili spices warm our bodies, aid our digestion, and speed up our metabolism, making chili a great part of the fall and winter menu. Chili recipes get fancy with ingredients, but in our home we are partial to simple recipes with simple flavors. I found the recipe below online, and it’s similar to others I have used in the past that make a hearty, straightforward chili that is also kid-friendly. It is excellent paired with cornbread or corn chips. This recipe would also be excellent for making chili dogs. It is such a quick dinner using pantry staples and is delicious!
